This movie is extremely graphic in violence and some in sexuality.

The character depth in this movie is intense. One of the characters develops a sense of egolessness in his grasped “divinity” and sort of suffers down the path of detachment from reality. Dr. Manhattan as they call him, is the main focus of the movie but only one of the major characters portrayed.

It's interesting to see a movie that doesn't necessarily define whats evil and whats good when it relates to hero's. The hero's in this comic book based movie seem to have incredible strength without any mutation or assumed powers.

Gotta go but more to come. This movie will provoke your curiosity about the world in every way.

The movie was visually impressive, and the story was also very engaging.

For the purpose of the film, though, they had to update the story line, as the original story happened at the time of the cold war.

It's just so sad, though, that DC cheated the Watchmen's creator out of the ownership over the story and characters.

if you liked the movie... i recommend you read the graphic novel it came from... it's got a much better story.. rorschach is more compelling there too..

I've read the graphic novel, and it's beautifully out of this world. Visually, the movie and the book are the same. Other than that, there's nothing more.

And the film's soundtrack was good.
